Community Guidelines

How we keep PR.Wiki fair

These guidelines exist to protect everyone on the platform — the people being reviewed, the people writing reviews, and the community as a whole.

What makes a great review

  • Write from your own genuine, first-hand experience.
  • Be specific — describe what happened, when, and why it mattered.
  • Stay factual and stick to verifiable claims.
  • Be fair — acknowledge both strengths and weaknesses where relevant.
  • Use respectful, professional language even when sharing a negative experience.
  • Disclose any relevant relationship (e.g. former employer, business partner).

What is not allowed

  • Post false, fabricated, or exaggerated claims.
  • Include private personal information (home address, phone number, financial details, ID numbers).
  • Use hate speech, slurs, or content targeting protected characteristics.
  • Threaten, harass, or intimidate the person being reviewed.
  • Submit a review on behalf of a competitor or for compensation.
  • Create multiple accounts to inflate or deflate a rating.
  • Post content that is sexually explicit or gratuitously violent.

Platform policies

More detail on how we handle moderation, disputes, and sensitive content.

Our moderation approach

PR.Wiki uses a combination of automated checks and human review to enforce these guidelines. Content that violates our rules may be edited, hidden, or removed. Repeat violations may result in account suspension.

Reporting content

If you see a review or profile that violates these guidelines, use the Report button on the relevant content. Our moderation team reviews all reports and responds within a reasonable timeframe.

Profile claims

Individuals can claim their own profile to manage their information and respond to reviews. Profile owners may never edit or delete reviews written by others — only respond to them.

Privacy and sensitive content

Never include private personal information in a review. This includes home addresses, personal phone numbers, financial account details, government ID numbers, or medical information. Such content will be removed immediately.

Responding to reviews

Profile owners may respond to any review once. Responses must follow the same guidelines as reviews — be factual, respectful, and relevant. Responses that attack or demean the reviewer will be removed.

Disputes and appeals

If you believe a review about you is false or defamatory, contact us at hello@pr.wiki with a detailed explanation. We review all dispute requests in good faith. Disagreeing with a review is not sufficient grounds for removal — the content must violate these guidelines.
